To all the meat lovers and carefree eaters, I have news for you; God created us to be vegan! Yes I said it!

What does it mean to be Vegan? It simply means eating plants only; the complete exclusion of animal products from your diet.

Let’s look at the biblical reference for this statement. In Genesis 1:29:30 God states; “ 29 So God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of the entire earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; 30 and to all the animals on the earth and to every bird of the air and to everything that moves on the ground—to everything in which there is the breath of life—I have given every green plant for food”; and it was so [because He commanded it].”

The Food, which is sometimes referred to as “meat” in other versions of the scriptures, that God initially created us to consume was plants. Not just humans but also animals as well. It is with little wonder why “gladiators” diet was plant based so much so that even great actor Arnold Schwarzenegger researched and practiced this meal plan.

This way of eating is great for us and can heal us from a number of physical and mental illness if done right. Another popular name which supports this Dr Sebi and the Daniel Fast.

If we compare a “balanced diet” with a Vegan Diet we will see that the only difference is animal products. However we are still required to eat more plants (fruits and veggies, legumes, herbs and spices) than this addition.

So as we plan our Christmas dinners, perhaps knowledge of this revelation that has been laying in Genesis 1 can truly direct us into creating better meal plans for the new year!

God’s original plan was for us to eat plants and perhaps this plan is still the very best one for us to live happier and healthier lives. Let’s explore it and find out, shall we? We may just heal ourselves from ailments and unwanted weight. #Hintladies?   #CestBonSoundsGood
