Sometimes your frustration gives birth to your inner Warrior!

When Frustration with Life comes knocking, how will you answer the door?

Growth is a part of life! Duh! Our bodies remind us of that daily. Take pictures continually and compare those Facebook memories to see just how much your body has changed over a year.

The longer you stay on this earth and experience life the more you'll realize nothing really stays the same. Seasons come and go.

When life hits you from all angles, you become uncomfortable in your zone of comfort. Its as if you are outgrowing a box you are placed in and are ready to try out a bigger and more accommodating one.
When life gets you annoyed or frustrated, whether it is your job, or your family or simply trying to find your place in this universe, you get to that point and you are now face to face in the ring with life, pressing its chest against you saying; "whatcha gonna do? Huh? Huh? Whatcha gonna do?"

So what do you do? Do you break down and cry? OR do you musta up your inner warrior you know you have and release your 'turbo' and fight back?

There is a common notion that states, "you never know how strong you are unless being strong is all you have to be." Well when your frustration with life's circumstances comes rushing in and you really feel like breaking down, recognize that you are up against a discomfort that only you can determine how to respond to. In the heat of that moment, don't break down! Dig your feet deeper into the ground and find your solution.
How will I handle this? Sure it's not easy to simply just calm down especially when you have broken the anger or frustration scale, but it is not impossible either.

So test yourself the next time you get frustrated. What will you do? Will you let it break you? or Will you find your solution within yourself and shift your focus towards breaking that hold of frustration over your life? Whatever you decide, will be solely dependent on your inner warrior and just how strong he/she is.
